The Board of Regents and the New York State Education Department (NYSED) have set a course to prepare the State’s P-12 education system for a transition to computer-based testing. In May, the NYSED announced the availability of a Technology Readiness Tool (TRT). This tool is being used by states and districts across the nation to collect data and make informed decisions related to computer-based testing. Recently, NYSED requested that the LHRIC partner with the Department to assist districts in effectively utilizing the tool. To that end, please review the below linked 'TRT 101.5' file.
