- Great Websites for Kids - Excellent websites for children chosen by librarians from ALA.
- CyberSleuth Kids - An Internet search guide to help K-12 students sift through the maze of information on the Net.
- DMOZ - Kids and Teens Open Directory - channels kids and teens appropriate web sites into a targeted directory.
- Awesome Library for Kids - Reviewed sites divided into school subjects and sites of general interest.
- Enchanted Learning - A search engine for elementary students.
- KidsClick - A collection of sites for kids, grades K-7, chosen by professional librarians.
- Ask Jeeves for Kids - Natural language search tool, no directory browsing. Database includes hundreds of preselected sites. Pull down menu displays search results. Locate quick answers to common questions. There is also a study tools reference section.
